GENERAL
Reasons for the worst social problems especially in the third world are not due to the growth of population or to lack of basic resources. The reason is the global capitalism. In the capitalist world the consumption level of a minority living in the developed industrialized countries grows progressively at the same time when it drops in the third world. In case we accept the situation, we are ourselves guilty for misery of billions of people.
The only alternative for capitalism is socialism. There are no other possibilites in sight.
These pages have been established in order to handle the actual theoretical and practical tasks of socialism and communism and to describe the state of capitalism of today.
Problems of general level cannot be solved on individual level. Looking at human community from scientifical point of view seems not to be very popular at this very moment. Yet it is necessary.
The classics of Marxism predicted the collapse of the first effort for real socialism. The work in order to build new socialism is today a challenge for all thinking and responsible people.
The process has already begun. In the end of the nineties socialist groups and communist movement have gathered their powers again. They have an intense and active renaissance. Socialism is the most conspicuous topic of the contemporary social conversation, especially in the internet. Uniting the socialist powers of the world has started.
The era of capitalism will no doubt be over. Sooner or later. The capitalist world economy is labil. The system is full of internal contradictions. Capitalism is based on an idea of eternal economical growth. This idea is nothing but a utopy and quite obviously it includes an impossible equation to be solved. We are soon in deadlock.
We may face a historical turning point in the near future. The dictatory capitalist "New World Order" is in any case a political and economic absurdity.
There is no free market economy any more. It has been replaced by monopolies´ robbery capitalism. The worldwide monopoly capitalism is represented are the first place by the WTO, World "Free" Trade Organization, World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Their decisions are carried out on by state cabinets without any democratic procedures.
According to the Marxist methodology contradictions of community can be solved on higher level of human thinking and activities. This means that there is no internal solution in capitalism. The key is in theory and practice of socialism.
Capitalism is only one phase in the history of humanity. It has been useful when developing industrial production. Now capitalism has reached its highest level and transformed to imperialism. Its aim is to govern all the world as one commercial marketing area and as a store of raw materials.
Imperialism is a worldwide force of destruction. It oppresses people and nations and it destroys the nature. The unscurpulous character of capitalism and its internal contradictions come to daylight day by day, all the time more evidently. Killing, destroying and blackmailing with political commercial embargos are routine procedures of imperialist capitalism. Ideologically imperialist capitalism approaches fascism of the thirties.
In the industrialized countries there are advanced methods to protect the nature against pollution. Yet the results are marginal related to the absolute and massive destruction caused by the aim to continuous uncontrolled economic growth and by the use of disposable products. Profits are in capitalism more important than the protection of the nature.
In one single take-off of an airliner a lorry-full of kerosine is blown to the sky. Producing one single edition of a free-delivery advertisement paper thousands of hectares of woods is burn... and so forth. Capitalism´s economists want endlessly more this type of economic "growth"...
February 2005. The United States, the world's largest emitter of greenhouse gases, has refused to ratify the Kyoto agreement. The White House defended US non-participation in the protocol, stressing economic concerns. In the G-8 Summit in Scotland in July 2005 no agreement on environmental issues was reached.
There are in the western world different human rights and environment protection organizations. Yet those organizations have usually bourgeois unscientific basis and they mostly worsen state of world by denying the real background of world´s social and ecological problems. They participate destructioning when defending capitalist world order. So called neutrality in this idelogical sense means accepting of the prevailing system. Who in this situation really cares of man and nature?
Impoverishmet, unemployment, social unjustice, different forms of crimes, drugs, prostitution and other sick features of society are easy to be connected with the meaningless bourgeois culture which removes man from his natural social and universal context. The misery preceded by classics of socialism come true in forms depending on the level of developement of the society. A developed capitalist country may seem beautiful but its inside is rotten.
Drug business benefits world capitalism. It weakens moral and power of working class. At the same time it is a super class business for world capitalism. Capitalism pretends to fight against drugs. At local levels authorities in fact do that work. They do not know that on the highest level drug business is under system´s special protection.
In capitalism money is the only cause. There is in fact no difference between legal and unlegal money. Governments and their global co-operation organizations will by legislative acts remove all restrictions of worlwide money traffic. Hence criminals´ activities become so easy that even laundring of money is not necessary any more.
The reasons of wars and civil wars are usually economical. Capitalism as an ideology is based on dangerous economical inequality.
In the capitalist world there have been and there will be violent conflicts and wars. UN´s aim is to prevent or to stop that kind of processes rather honestly. However, because of lack of social scientific angle of view the UN usually fails. The UN cannot or dares not see the real reasons of contradictions.
Also the US has tried to give an image of a peacemaker. In the real world the US does not want peace, because its own economic and geopolitical interests come better true through wars. At the same time the US tries to blackmail or to give orders to the UN.
A peace built on false basis usually does not last for long. Capitalism´s antagonistic contradictions remain. A coerced peace creates often a basis for still worse violence in future.
In capitalist countries the traditional political groups including bourgeois parties, social democrats and leftist interest groups form a part of the petty bourgeois culture and capitalist ideology.
Differences between these parties have diminished. Parties have lost their signifigance. People are day by day less interested in those parties. Citizens have begun to ignore politics.
The intellectual level of capitalist ideology can be described by words "bread and circus -games". Yet a big part of people on the earth do not have even them. The artificial growth of capitalist economy only increases poverty in the world.
The power media protects capitalism by drawing attention to nonessential topics. Large social problems are not even handled. The distortation of knowledge goes further chronically. While capitalism is day by day in deeper difficulties the propaganda against socialism and even against all real democratic politics has become especially glaring.
In practice for instance information concerning for instance Cuba, Libya and north Korea distorts the truth in an outrageous way. These socialist countries have during the last ten years advanced rapidly in all sectors of life in spite of outside-born difficulties.
The bourgeois propaganda uses among other things efforts to connect personal cults to socialism. Truth could not be more contradictory. It is the bourgeois society which is based on individual narcissim. Socialism is built on collective way of human thinking.. Leaders of socialist countries are not appreciated as private persons in this sense but for the ideas they represent. They are symbols.
Nazi-Germany destroyed millions of human lives. It is easy to see this horrible thing. Yet we usually do not realize that the USA-led imperialism is much more efficient in killing. Hunger, wars and consequences of the poverty caused by capitalism destroys an essential part of the mankind.
The ideological basis of capitalism is in fact fascism. Only young, healthy and highly educated people have rigth to live. Sick, old and poor people and even children are nowadays more than before left on their own, often to death.
The poverty in the world increases explosively. The capitalist top organizations IMF and Work Bank speak of forgiving debts to the underdeveloped areas. Unbelievable hypocrisy. It is self-evident that there is no money to pay the debts. Billions of people would not live in misery without robbery of their natural riches and without coercive import of western technoculture. In June 2005 the G-8 countries "forgave debets of third world". Very hypocritical. What else they could do? However, the impoverishment at world´s poor areas continues. In July 2005 the G-8 countries promised some monetary aid to the third world, because they had to promise someting. However, the exploitation continues. No principal changes.
The possible new help is usually connected with political terms in order to subjucate the third world under the political control of capitalist world dictatorship. It is blackmailing. Speaking of democracy by capitalist countries in this connection is to be ignored. Underdeveloped countries with natural riches have usually dictatory regimes supported by USA.
There is hunger in the world. AIDS/HIV and other diseases spread. The UN AIDS-conference ended to empty words. Yet medicine producers are able to increase their profits by providing expensive and often over-aged medicines to poverty areas. Only Cuba impelements something real by promising 4000 MDs for the HIV-project.
Capitalists´ World Economy Forum in Davos in January 2005 promised to forget debts of poorest countries. This promise hardly has much significance, because these poor countries could never pay even interests of the depts anyway. Instead, new debts will be formed. Practical measures in order give real help the third world did not appear in that meeting.
Serious problems of the world should be solved by education, by permanent jobs, by guaranteed living and by making all real human rights true. Capitalism cannot and does not want to proceed to that goal. Just on the contrary. Capitalism makes man´s life day by day more weak and difficult.
The petty-bourgeoisie especially in the developed industrialized countries close their eyes avoiding reality of the world. Those people use to concentrate for mutual discussing of their own excellency and welfare.
In the fight against imperialism the public information has a crucial role. The most important mission of the honest notices is at the moment to rectify the untrue information and the falsified picture of the world given by the private media and by the official sources.
The internal contradictions of capitalism may lead to World War III. Reasons for war may be contradictons between capitalist blocks or economic recession. War has always been a good tool to get out of a situation of depressed economics. The enemy may well be any country. The character of plans for the new US missile shield system is offensive, not defensive. According to US officials the system has been targeted - using American terms - against "rogue states" like Libya, Iraq, Iran and north Korea. Yet military experts find this explanation not logical. The real targets are Russia and China.
The recession of 1929 - 1939 could not be turned upwards without world war. The contemporary recession and threat of collapse of capitalism existed already before 9-11. Hence the aggressions in the end of 2001 are connected with the state of capitalism, not with the incidents of September 11th. Capitalists build now a fascist network of international terror in order to save their political power. The military processes in Asia have dangerous geopolitical dimensions. The result may be a world war again.
We won't let capitalism destroy life on our planet. Peace and socialism are not only possible, they are necessities.
THE ANGLE OF VIEW
There is a fatal error in the political and economic social structures in our world. The error must be corrected. Otherwise all the machinery will be destroyed.
Circumstamces in a community form the startpoint for human life. In the first place it is a question of children and the future generations.
Life is a collective process. Individual based picture of the mankind is as wrong as the misconception of the earthcentric galaxy in the Middle Ages.
The worldwide political and economic class contradiction is now more critical than ever. In the so called welfare societies it may be difficult to realize this fact. Yet this welfare is in a crucial extend based on the unscrupulous exploitation of the undeveloped areas of the world.
The plain technical progerss without responsible social way of thinking is like an ax in madman´s hand.
In capitalism people find it a self-evident truth that everyone is grabbing goods, all the time more and more. Yet this type of a human being is only a product of capitalism. In fact man is social like the species generally.
The bourgeois egocentric world of money, junk and commercial entertainment is just an illusion. It is possible to see the real world if we dare take a look around from the right wide point of view. We need science and philosophy. Yet the western empirist science has very little to give to the society. We have the right and the duty to think ourselves.
For capitalism money is a God. Yet in the real world money may be a good servant, but as a master it is uncapable and destructive.
Capitalism needs people only for efficient producing and for adding of profits. The developing of data handling and data transferring technics and forming of new wide networks still increase unequality in the world. On the other hand, advanced technics may and must be used for building new human socialism.
Philosophically higher level of human thinking understands the lower level, but the low level does not understand the high level angle of view. Thus approaching capitalism in the Marxist way works. Correspondingly, the bourgeois evaluations of socialism are absurd.
Sometimes it is more important to see what does not exist than to stare on what exists. The organizational structures of the future society form an asbstraction of this type. At this very moment discussion of the contents of politics is not very appropriate because exactly the dominating structures form the obstacle for progress. Creating and carrying out new working models of organizational structures is the nuclear issue.
Imperial capitalism has both horizontal and vertical antagonist contradictions. The antagonist contradictions must be abolished if we want to make the global machinery work and to prevent destruction of the civilization.
The social horizontal contradiction is class contradiction. Thus the slogan "Workers of all countries, unite!" is important and actual. We need worldwide organization to fight against capitalism.
Socialism and capitalism have difficulties to live side by side. Thus the long-term goal is world revolution. The existing socialist elements need support. They are continuously threatened by imperialism by commercial embargos and by military and propagandist attacks.
The power media has created an idea of a so called international community. That kind of a community does not exist. There are only capitalists´ worldwide organizations. Mankind really needs a functioning international community instead of the co-operation bodies of the capitalist governments.
Revolution consists at least of two phases. Taking the power from capitalists to people and destroying capitalist governmental structures is one stage. Building working socialism is the next step. In this stage there have been special propblems. Yet difficulties will be overcome. Man can do almost anything when having concrete targets and will. Man is able for instance to replace ancient parliamentary representing systems by pyramide of councils, which offers mathematical possibility for real democracy to come true.
Political lefts use to speak of capitalism´s shortcomings. Leftist parties may be able to have minor success in correcting some social evils. Yet the parliamentary left does not want and is not able to principal revolutionary processes. "Leftism as an infantile disease in communism" (V.I. Lenin). The real answer to neoliberalism and to capitalism is socialism. Yet communists may co-operate with leftist groups and parties in certain separate issues.
The ATTAC-movement represents certain kind of worldwide "left". It admits some shortcomings of capitalism but does not question the system itself. Yet world is in such a serious state that mild medicines ment by the ATTAC do not help.
The unefficiency of leftist politics is crucially based on the illusion of changing the society by "legal" means. Yet the legislation of capitalist states is usually build in a way which makes its internal revolutionary changing impossible.
Communists may participate electoral processes in a capitalist state in order to get their voice heard. Yet participating governmental politics even undirectly makes no sense; according to all experiences it destroys the ideology and the party. There are no possibilities to have real affect on capitalist politics though the government. In today´s world it is even wider than before understood that communists must have real power in the scientific sense, for the future of mankind.
People use to ask how communists will use their future power. The question of power will be in future solved automatically. In developed self-working socialism power will be given back to people, back to the basic level which is its origin.
It has become still more difficult to carry out national socialist revolution because moving of capital has been released by the so called free trade with consequence of global concentration of capital.
The class enemy is usually outside borders of own country. Organizations and political structures of capital cannot often be reached by people, neither by legal methods nor by unlegal operations.
Hence at this very stage of history it may be the first step in class struggle in the biggest part of the world to concentrate to fight to remove states and nations from the control of global capital and to break the imperialist chains.
They say sometimes that the revolution should be carried out "legally". That is an impossibility. The legislation of a capitalist country has been constructed as an automat, to protect itself. It is possible to promote the revolution also by "legal" methods but the revolution itself comes true only by people´s force and power, rejecting laws.
There is no reason to respect laws. Did the bourgeois governments honor even national constitutions when connecting countries to the EU?
The only "legal" revolution in the entire history took place in Chile in the early seventies. CIA crushed it immediately. Capitalists do never give up their privileges through any kind of elections. In 2002 the CIA manipulated a coup d´etat in Venezuela. The popular in democratic order elected Venezuelan president was ousted violently. Yet the coup failed.
Is there a single law in the international legislation system which the military alliance NATO would not have broken?.
A GLIMPSE OF OPTIMISM IN THE AIR.
The early nineties formed a serious regression for communism. Progressive parties and groups splitted.
Also traditional parliamentary politics regressed. There is nothing left of the so called democracy. The right-wing neoliberalism without leftist opposition is no politics at all. Right cannot exist without left. Practically all parliamentary parties represent bourgeois ideology. Thus politics has become more or less nothing but children's play. No wonder that people are not interested in politics.
Privatizations of social activities lead disappearing of the meaning of the democratic organs of societies. Yet the defenders of privatizations speak of democracy. Absurd.
Strong demonstrations and protests in connection of meetings of world capitalism´s different organizations show that there are responsible people who care of impoverishtment in the third world. OK, but plain demos and protests are not enough. Simple monetary aid often causes even more misery. We need socialist theory and socialist goals.
Gathering of the progressive powers together is going on again. There have been born a remarkable amount of new communist parties around the world. The existing communist parties and groups have added their activities and they have got more members.
Earth, water and air are undividable entities. Their private ownership is absurd even as an idea. Yet capitalism is crucially based especially on private ownership of ground.
The political winds in the world are turning. Day by day the destructivity of the reactionary neoliberalism is wider understood.
The political leftist groups may discuss of shortcomings of capitalism. Leftist politics in bourgeois communities may have possibilities for some single social improvemets. Yet the parliamnetary left parties and groups do not have neither aim nor ability for principal, revolutionary processes. "Leftism as a disease of infancy in communism" (V.I. Lenin). The real answer to neoliberalism and capitalism in general is socialism. Yet communists may co-operate in single cases with real leftist and other opposition parties and groups.
In April 2001 the ninth national party conference of Communist Party of Vietnam was attended as invited guests by Communist Party of China, Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Communist Party of Cuba, Workers´ Party of Korea and Cambodian People´s Party. These parties have real direct power. The parties are vital and their cadres and activities have strongly increased. This is a fact which the mainstream media tries to deny.
Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, at the two-day summit, signed in June 2001 the declaration of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
The SCO, which covers almost three-fifths of the Eurasian continent and one-quarter of the world's population, is a good example of international cooperation.
The incidents in USA in September 2001 mean obviously death struggle of capitalism. The global capitalism answers to these terror attacks with violence and restrictions of human freedoms. This type of changes in bourgeois communities ruin the basic structures of the so called "western democracy".
On the way to new type of a world and to socialism a step forward has occurred.
The first stage is to destroy imperialism. After the US aggressions and threatenings in 2001 - 2009 a new huge worldwide anti-imperialist front has born.
Also bourgeois people have begun to think.
The armed agressions by industrialized rich countries on poor areas of the world have exceeded certain limit. Nowhere people can any more tolerate those unscrupulous proceedings.
Citizens´ opinions and worldwide acts of capitalist governments are now in the sharpest contradiction with each other than ever.
In 2001 -2009 there are especially in Latin America going on revolutionary processes, which may lead to births of workers´ states. The future workers´ states are in a way in better situation compared with the former East European socialisms. They are not any more threatened from outside by strong world capitalism. The contemporary world capitalism is day by day politically and economically weaker and quite obviously about to collapse. The remnants of world capitalism will not form serious external danger for future socialisms.
The world capitalism looses geopolitical areas gradually. In 2002 - 2008 some countries, for instance Zimbabwe, Argentina and some east European states have turned their back to the IMF and other organizations of capitalism.
In 2002 -2008 the absurd politics for conquering all the world led by the mad US president has united popular masses all around the world in anti-imperialist struggle, which cannot be won by the armed forces of the U.S. and its few allies.
Internal contradictions of the NATO in 2003-2009 may give the world a glimpse of hope. Dismantling of that military monster would be one of the best things for the mankind at this stage.
The Non-Aligned Movement meeting in Malaysia in February 2003 was a positive historical event. The U.S. and its imperialistic politics was condemned in Kuala Lumpur. President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa when opening the NAM summit: ...." we do everything we can to protect and advance the principle and practice of multilateralism, against the tendency towards unilateralism. This requires that we fight even harder for the democratization of the international system of governance."
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Russia signed on June 19th, 2003 the Joint Declaration on Partnership for Peace and Security, and Prosperity and Development in the Asia-Pacific Region in Phnom Penh. This declaration is one more anti-imperialist element in activities against the US-led imperialism.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization arranged massive military maneuvers in Asia and in Europe in August 2003. Quite obviously China and Russia with their friends do not have any illusions on NATO´s aims in the world.
August 16th, 2003. Collective Security Treaty Organization -- Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kirgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan decided to advance quickly their military readiness against the growing threat of USA and NATO. Russian military bases will be established in other collective´s countries.
In 2003 - 2009 people´s resistance in occupied Afghanistan, in occupied Iraq and in occupied Palestine got new heavy forms.
Up to 2004 world capitalism has impoverished the third world to a desparate situation. However, the new bilateral commercial and political relations with third world´s countiers and existing socialist countries - first of all China and Cuba - with fair trade terms and co-operational developement agreements and joint venture projects give new ligth for poor nations´ future.
In April 2004 India said it is interested to join the SCO activities. Hence, in military sense, in future NATO may have on the opposite side united military power of Russia, China and India.
In August 2004 president Hugo Chavez won in Venezuelan referendum. This victory means historical strenghtening of anti-imperialist cooperation in Latin America. At this stage Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil and Cuba are proceeding further to make true this project which in its time will no doubt put an and to U.S. interfering in South and Middle America´s countries´ internal issues.
In 2004 -2009 the African Union developed rapidly. Its organs work already in a concrete way. The AU is supported largely both by African countries´ governments and people. The AU will obviously quite soon prevent all neo-colonialist strives in the continent.
The General Assembly of the Non-Aligned Movement Nations at the same time with the 59th General Assembly of the U.N. in autumn 2004 referred strongly to the necessity of radical reform of the U.N. The third world must definetly have crucially more power in the world organization.
In early 2005 is was quite obvious that the existing socialist states in the world have not only survived but also developed strongly. The DPRK, the DPR Laos, the PR China, Socialist Vietnam, Socialist Libya and Socialist Cuba have made progress in all field of life and they have made meaningful cooperation agreements.
In May 2005 South American and Arab countries held an anti-imperialist summit in Brazil.
June 2005. Qatar. The 2nd Summit of the Group of 77 plus China highlighted the urgent need for south-south cooperation that is stalled by uneven economic development and the historic failure of the developed countries to comply with promised aid.
October 2005. In the Shanghai Cooperation Oganization summit in Moscow the ordinary members Russia, China, Tajikistan, Kyrgystan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan had serious talks about intensifying Eurasian cooperation in all fields of life, especially also in military activites.. Obervers India, Iran, Pakistan and Mongolia expressed their interest in full memberhip or in other type of closer cooperation.
November 2006. The annual conference of communist parties was held in Lisbon.
In January 2007 the Latin American anti-imperialist ALBA-group had four memebrs: Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua. In January 2008 the small Caribbean island Dominica joined the ALBA. In August 2008 Honduras joined the ALBA. In April 2009 Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Antigua and Barbados joined the ALBA. Ecuador joined the ALBA in June 2009.
March 2008. Communist Parties of the EU held their conference in Athens.
August 2008. The SCO summit was held in Tajik capital Dushanbe summit in atmosphere of harsh feelings against U.S. -led imperialism.
February 2009. International meeting of world´s communist and workers´ parties was held in Brazil.
June 2009. The SCO summit and the BRIC-summit (Brazil, Russia, India, China) were held in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Of course, the U.S. and the EU were not allowed to participate.
