General features. Contemporary history in nutshell.

The EU may seem grand when looking at the centers of big cities. Yet the system is ruining by growing internal contradictions and by worsening bureaucracy and by increasing corruption. EU citizens´ circumstances of life worsen. The EU is rotten, self-evidently day by day more. The power mass media tries to hide that fact.

The mainly by political frauds born EU is a wide area where freedom of moving of capital, labour and professional criminalism has been guaranteed by political decisions. At the same time, both political and positive rights especially of people living at the periferia do not come true. Both possibilities to affect in social issues and even possibilities to live have been robbed from a large part of people living in the former independent European countries.

European union as a capitalist power concentration unit is based on a utopy of eternal growth of capitalist world economy. Yet the idea of unlimited growth is even a mathematical impossibility. The fate of the EU is to collapse due to this impossibility and due to internal contradictions of capitalism in general. Leaders of the EU emphasize peace and harmony in Europe. Yet that kind of Europe is not possible in capitalist circumstances. The internal class- and other contradictions worsen under control by Brussels. The EU knows the situation and allocates resources for army and police because of increasing internal and external contradictions.

Western Europe was a relatively healthy market area up to the formation of EU. Within EU the European countries form a field of crude monopoly capitalism. The EU member states belong to the World Free Trade Organization. WTO speaks of "freedom" of markets, but in fact it means bringing world trade under the control of monopolies. The concept of free markets means in the EU an army of hired inspectors who control that all the complicated regulations are duly carried out in the member states.

The supporters and the officials of European union speak of free markets. However, European Union concentrates the political and the economic power to the huge private companies. This system of monopolies is out of any kind of democratic control.

Instead of free markets there will be a system of capitalist command ecomony. The capital is free, but labour and private entrepeneurs are subjugated.

The little elite has all the political and economic power. The European Parliament is a monster without any elements of regional democracy. The legislative decisions are made on the basis of initiatives by member governments and by lobbyists representing capital quarters. Nations or citizens cannot affect the process.

European Monetary Union is intended to serve dictatory politics. It is a new step to the European Federation with concentrated regime. The Central Bank of Europe has been established and the European common currency system has been constructed. The system serves also the goal of the violent worldwide stabilization.

The political and economical concentration is not limited only in Europe. European union is besides the American and Asian economical power centers a tool to integrate all the world.

In May 1999 the discussions in order to arrange the EU´s defence system were started by France and Finland. The path of lies follows the normal way. They say that NATO is not included in these conversations. After a couple of years all EU-countries will be integrated to NATO. This is the startpoint and the goal of the discussions. Why the media and the official information sources do not mention this self-evident fact?

The EU and the WEU have formed in military politics practically one entirety. In May 2000 we were told that the WEU will be abolished. This means without any doubt that the military politics of member states of the EU will be subjucated under NATO.

In June 1999 in Cologne in the top meeting of the EU Finland took a crucial step to the military union. The decision was made by certain elite insiders and it is absolutely against the will of Finns. The prime minister hided the matter. In December in the top meeting of the EU in Helsinki the crucial step was made towards All-European military "crisis organization". The relation with NATO was left "open". The EU-leaders want to hide the NATO-integration. When handling the problem of the NATO-relations in November 2001 the parliament of Finland represented certain type of a top of unscrupulous methods. The parliament has been subjugated to handle the case on the basis of SECRET documents.

NATO is not an organization for regional defence. The purpose of NATO is to defend capitalism everywhere in the world.

The intention is to make Europe an unhuman jungle and federation like USA. Even lies and political tricks are not enough for this goal. European people do not want the dictatory state union. It is possible to come true only by force. Military systems are designed because of this very reson. Principal decision for establishing All-European military system has been made in September 1999. It is easier to connect to NATO one military entirety in Europe than armies of each country separately.

The socialistic opposition powers are weaking up. Up to the end of nineties workers, peasants and students hav arrangend political strikes and demonstrations in Middle Europe. Even riots occurred. The media does not see or hear anything.

Communists have achieved electoral victories for instance in Eastern Germany. Media pretends not to note anything.

The "International" has been heard and the red flags have been seen in the streets of Paris and Copenhagen. There have been unrests in Europe. They have been handled by riot police and by water guns. The media never sees nothing.

The immigrants in western Europe form a powerful nuclear for the new working class. The "Sans papier" -movement was established in 1996 in France and its activities cover now almost all Europe.

The EU-elite has to defend their dictatorship by lies.

For instance, according to the Finnish media the cash flow is from the EU to Finland. This is an absolute lie. The EU has brought to Finland poverty and it will bring even more misery to this country.

In all secrecy and covered by lies or half-truths to citizens by the media almost all the remarkable branches of production in Finland have been sold abroad.

There are in Western Europe 57 million poor people today. Western Europe used to be a welfare area. Now the speed of regression is fast. Social security is cutted down. Salaries and wages are reduced. Even children are used in work. Unemployed women are forced to prostitution. For new members of the EU there are clear terms. The people must be economically oppressed. Through economics comes also political oppression possible.

In February 1999 the EU issued a report according to which the poor areas of Europe have essentially enriched during the membership of the EU. With statistics it is possible to turn black to white. On the other hand, empty and dead little towns and villages do not disturb the work of statisticsmakers.

European union wants to expand its power and to place all European countries under its command. Media and politicians speak how to get addmitted to the EU. O sancta simplicitas.

European union does not develope towards democracy. Just on the on the contrary. The EU regresses in democratic processes. In future the EU will be ruined by its own impossibilities. In that stage there will be time for new democratic Europe. European union is a regional tool of imperialist capitalism. In autumn 1998 Central Bank of Europe agreed that world capitalism is in crisis and that the crisis reflects also in Europe. As a world currency euro is depending on dollar and yen. Central Bank of Europe says they trie to get off from this context. No hope.

OECD plans for worldwide capitalist dictatorship by forming of so called Multilateral Agreement of Investments. The EU would be a regional part of this system. Communist parties and other democratic powers have decided to form an international front and to fight against these aims. The fight works. MAI is in difficulties especially because of the resistance by France.

According to expectations the EU parliamentary elections in 1999 were a farce. Why to vote in such absurd elections ?

Workers´ right to strike is planned to be restricted in the EU.

The EU was in practice been integrated with NATO in the war against Yugoslavia. Citizens of the EU hardly recognize in what kind of criminal activities they were involved.

Against all judicial princips the justice systems of Germany, France and Belgium have arranged political farce trials and given prison sentences to members of the Turkish Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front (DHKP-C). From imperialism´s point of wiev it is important to suppress all political resistance in Turkey. Turkey is in a strategic position on NATO´s way to the Caucasus oil area. EU tries to pave the way.

In February 2000 a strange situation was born in the EU. A fascist party won elections in Austria according to all rules of the so called parliamentary democracy. This party is not accepted in the EU. Yet the charachter of the EU itself is fascist. In fact the question is of the anti-EU political line of the party in question.

The history repeats itself. Petty bourgeoisie supports developing fascism in Europe.

In the end of February 2000 the defence ministers of the EU agreed principally of the militarization of Europe. One essential mission for the "crisis control units" will be "peacekeeping by force in and outside Europe".

In 2000 the EU-countries began to support the Baltic states to get attack-characterized military readiness as NATO members.

In the end of 2000 west-European military readiness and NATO-integration were strongly strengthened under the cover of "crisis control". Massive maneuvers were arranged in several European countries.

Militarization of the EU has both horizontal and vertical dimensions. The helicopters flying above European cities mean getting ready for internal conflicts. The military presence of the EU and NATO in Balkans and in Caucasus means drive to expansion.

The EU summit was held in Nice in December 2000. The main issues in this meeting were according to the official information causes for expansion and for internal organization. In fact the first items on the issue list were military arrangements. A treaty based on NATO-integration was born quickly. European media did not mention the matter at all. The Chinese People´s Daily noted this issue.

Germany´s political power increased in the Nice meeting. It has been the goal of German politics all th time.

When do people in other European countries wake up and see the danger? German troops are already at Balkans. Finnish and German air forces carried out air fight maneuvers against Russian-made fighters.

All the EU has been ideologically built on internal and external capitalist greed egoism. There are serious problems in Europe and all over the world. The problems will never be solved on that low level of thinking.

The massive demonstrations in Nice gave an idea what is the price for suppressing oppositions in the EU and and also elsewhere.

The EU may collapse politically because of lack of democracy and regional representation. Start of economic recession has already begun in agriculture.

The striving for superefficiency has caused mass killings of small farms and serious animal diseases. The idea of Brussels-controlled and monetary supported agriculture is difficult to understand. It is also contradictional with all princips of so called free markets.

The appreciated magazine Economist anticipated in winter 2001 the downhill of the economies of USA and Japan. According to Economist Euro-area will follow the American and Asian recessions. If and when these prospects come true, all European countries will suffer. No doubt the small EU-members suffer in the worst way.

In April 2001 the ideologically homogenous European party system proposed for monetary party support for themselves, paid by taxpayers. Should we laugh or cry?

In Estonia the government was going to declare communist party a criminal organization. This means restriction of democracy by law. EU anticipated Estonia to be the first "democratic" Baltic country ready for the EU.

Truth is that Estonian people did not want the country to join the EU. Only capitalists and the government are strongly EU-directed.

Disagreement between Germany and France concerning future structures of the EU is a symptom of deep internal contradiction. Germany tries to subjugate France. This is not new in the history of Europe. This was the nuclear question in June 2001. EU parliament did not accept resolutions made among EU-countries in Nice.

In June 2001 the low participation percentage in the parliamentary elections in England and much more lower level of participation of elections for EU Nice resolutions in Ireland gave an idea what the EU is and what it will be. There is no real ideological alternative in elections and the representing bodies do not have power. Elections are useless.

Gothenburg, June 2001. The meeting of the staffs of capitalism and elite of the EU aroused hate all around the world. There were huge protests and riots in Gothenburg. The US president attended the meeting in order to promote the US nuclear missile program. Leaders of the EU countries did not see or hear anything.

After the bloody incidents in Gothenburg the EU-leaders boast to prevent demonstrations in future. How? Because of regression of democracy in Europe protests will for sure continue and strenghten. Even hard violence cannot stop them.

In July 2001 poverty in the EU-countries was decided to be reduced by statistical means. Children consume less. Hence they do not live in poverty like adults. Brilliant.

The EU and the EU-countries had crucial role in the G8- summit in Genoa. In the name of democracy citizens were prevented to come to Genoa by blockading ships at ports, by cancelling train connections and by arbitrary arrestings.

In the beginning of the Genoa protests one young man was killed by police´s bullet. If this murder was ment to be as a deterrent to others, it was a mistake. There are people who have other ideals than money. They are not afraid. It is just that the decisionmakers and their lackeys who bow before money only think so. They believe all people are cowards like themselves.

Italian police´s fascist activities continued after the Genoa summit incidents. The arrested demonstrators were tortured. On the walls of Italian police jails there are Mussolini´s pictures. The Nazi greeting "hasta la victoria siempre!" is reality in the EU-Italy in this millennium.

Several communist and left parties from West and East Europe had a meeting in Cyprus in the end of August 2001 in order to discuss about EU-problematics.

In September 2001 Finland and Sweden were proposed to continue NATO´s "peacekeeping" operation in Macedonia. This is a way to create a false picture of "neutrality" to cover world capitalism´s and NATO´s real aims in East Europe.

The EU leaders mourned hypocritically the attack on USA in September 2001. They pretend not to realize that on the backgroud there no doubt is the continuous unscrupulous American and European capitalists´ oppression of the third world.

EU countries supported the US attack on Afghanistan. It is easy to see that the EU will support also further US attacks in other countries. The EU is a part of global capitalism and ready to maintain capitalist hegemony even by crimes against mankind and against international legislation. The US showed to the Chinese political leaders the same "secret evidences" to justify war on Afghanistan than to the EU leaders. China rejected this kind of obvious lies. China resisted the air raids. What made the EU decisionmakers to act in this kind of an absurd way?

Around 7000 protesters marched in September 2001 in east Belgian city of Liege as European finance ministers began gathering to discuss the economic impact of the US terror attacks. With police patrolling in boats and helicopters near the city center, riot police with water canons were visible, and all roads to the site of the meeting were blocked. The marchers, from around the 15-nation EU and Eastern Europe, demanded that the finance ministers make jobs and social welfare their major priority, said Waltraud Etz from the European Trade Union Confederation. The demonstrators said that about 200,000 jobs had been lost in Europe since January and urged the finance ministers to tackle that problem as well. Banners were spotted which read, "The euro is coming but not the jobs" and "End horror of capitalism."

Drang nach Osten. In 2001 - 2003 massive militarization of Germany and its participation in wars in the Balkans and in Afghanistan can mean only one thing. The EU decisionmakers plan for a large war.

In autumn 2001 there were large demonstrations and protests in EU-countries against world capitalism and against the US "holy war" in Asia. EU-citizens have not supported EU-governments.

Heavy demonstrations and protests followed the EU summit in Brussels in December 2001. The Brussels summit between capitalist governments ended to antagonic contradictions. The most powerful capitalists would not give anything to others. The smaller countries quarrel among themselves of the political end economic crumbs. This unsuccesful summit has been one more milestone on the way towards the collapse of the EU.

Peace demonstration and meeting in Leiden, the Netherlands, 19th and 20th December 2001. The EU meeting ended to childish quarreling between top EU officials at personal level.

In December 2001 the European Union introduced a package of anti-terrorism measures, branding six Irish groups as terrorists. Actually they are peaceful political organizations working against EU and UK imperialism.

Forcing EU-people to use Euro in January 2002 caused resistance all over Europe.

Rome, January 2002. Approximately two hundred thousand marched through the streets of central Rome from Piazza Esedra to Piazza Navona to protest the proposed Bossi/Fini Law, a law which is clearly racist, and which could signal the start of an attack on general labour rights and conditions with possible future ramifications for ALL workers in Italy.

There were large NATO maneuvers going on in Poland and in Norway in spring 2002. Their offensive character and direction to east should not be unclear to anybody. On participating country is Finland, whose membership in NATO is under "consideration". The operation is NATO's largest maneuvers in four years, codenamed "Strong Resolve".

"Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz" in February 2002 was a military elite meeting to develope NATO´s future military strategy. At people´s level there were demos and protests, clashes with police

Howewer, in the "Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz" the absurd US idea of "axis of evil" was not widely supported by the West-European NATO-countries.

The EU parliamentary elections are so called plebiscite elections. There are no ideological alternatives, the manipulation of elections by the power mass media has gone to its extreme and all important political and economic decisions are anyway made by the executive sector. In these circumstances it seems targic-comic that the EU made efforts to "control" the Zimbabwean elections. The EU was grumbling because Zimbabwe did not allow this kind of hypocritical interference into its internal affairs.

The Barcelona summit in March 2002 hardly had no better results than protests and possible violence in the Genoan way. The summit of "democratic" EU was at the same time a massive maneuver for military and police. Some 500 000 people participated massive protests in Barcelona. There were violent clashes and there are photos of them. Media tried to soften the situation and hides the main issue, the fight against capitalism.

In April 2002 there seemed to exist some disagreements between the EU and the US because of Israeli agressions. However, the character of these contradictions is not very principal. In spite of the previous monetary aid to Palestine the EU supports the imperialist politics of world capitalism in Mid-East and all over the world.

In case the EU really wanted to do something for Palestinians, it should send heavily armed peacekeepers to the area. Of course, that is not possible, because EU-states´ political decisionmakers have tied their military systems with the US-led NATO. Hence the speeches of suffering of Palestine people are nothing but disgusting hypocracy.

Victory of an ultra-right person in the first round of presidential elections in France in April 2002 was no surprise. At this very moment there are in Europe fascists like Le Pen in France, Blair in England, Berlusconi in Italy... In the thirties the European fascism was based on the axis of Hitler and Mussolini...

The EU declared in April 2002 both the Kurdish PKK and the Palestinian PFLP terrorist organizations. Both organizations work for justice and independence for their peoples and they have no kind of a "terrorist" characater. This trick means that in the "democratic" EU the authorities can treat Kurds and Palestinians just like they wish, in an arbitrary way.

In May 2002 the ultra-right forces march strongly into politics in several EU-countries. This way the hidden fascism of the EU becomes visible. This political regression is based on the bourgeois concept of "democracy". The crucial qualitative difference between populism and scientific point of view for future would be important also for European people.

In June 2002 the EU and its member states pretended to be worried about the crisis between India and Pakistan. At the same time the "civilized" countries UK, France and Sweden continue exporting weapons to both India and Pakistan.

In June 2002 there was in Rome large protests against political subjugating and against the EU monetary politics in connection of the FAO World Food Summit.

The hypocritical EU speaks of Palestinians´ rights. In June 2002 the European Parliament froze a 18.7 million euro grant to the Palestinian Authority. Additionally, Sharon is very pleased with EU decision to enlist three Palestinian groups as terrorists. The EU speaks of one thing an does another.

Also the Colombian guerrilla army FARC has been denounced as a terrorist group by the EU. This way the world capitalism tries to abolish oppositions all around the world. That aim will not succeed.

Strikes in Germany, Spain and in Greece in June 2002 gave an idea what is coming. Quite obviously the EU cannot control the tuture strike movements.

Three million people participated demos and protests in in Spain in the beginning of the EU summit in Sevilla in June 2002. Target of the protests are the EU itself, militarization of the EU, weakening of citizens´ rights and worsening of social security.

When the summit ended, the amount of protestors in Sevilla was some 300 000.

The car bombs in Spain at the same time are for sure no coincidents. The structural internal violence of the EU and the counterviolence occurs in this case that way. Expectations for EU´s future could not be worse.

The EU Sevilla meeting achieved in practice nothing. Minor technical questions of governing were handled. The trivial character of the meeting shows apparently that the serious actual problems are to difficult to be handled at all.

In September 2002 the EU began a corcive political process in order to force Switzerland to join the EU. The pretext is the partially applied bank account secrecy in Switzerland, which "does not fit with the EU banking methods". However, there are similiar secrecies in all EU countries´ banking systems. Additionally, the EU has opened doors to export money to the tax paradises all around the world.

Professor Jose Maria Sison was in the Netherlands in house arrest, bank account frozen, just because the US had labeled him a "terrorist" on the basis that he is a member of the Philippine Communist Party. No concrete accusation has been shown. An EU-country acts this way against its own legislation as a lackey of the world capitalism.

In the end of September 2002 the EU yielded to grant the special status to US soldiers in the International Criminal Court. We may ask how many EU-citizens would have supported this kind of an absurd decision?

The referendum in Ireland in October 2002 gave at last the authorization for eastward expansion for the the EU. One may ask how many elections supported by the massive EU propaganda machinery would have been necessary before achieving the desired "democratic" result?

In November 2002 the EU issued a new "black list" of peaceful opposition organizations. The EU calls them "terrorists".

In November 2002 some 400 000 people participated demos in Florence, Italy. The targets of those prostests were EU-capitalism and the US-led imperialism.

The new eastern member states of the EU have engaged to reduce their productive activities. Hence they become dependent of the EU excutive officialas and their alms.

In December 2002 EU-politicians work for Turkey´s EU-membership in the Copenhagen summit. The main purpose of this operation is in the first hand to protect the US geopolitical interests and, of course, common drive to Caspian oil areas.

In Copenhagen several east European countries were forced to bow before EU-offials and to agree loosing their sovereignty.

There were remarkable demonstrations in Copenhagen in spite of enormous police operations.

The Copengahen summit cemented the imperialist military alliance between the EU and the NATO.

Massive protests and demos against capitalism, war and regressive labour politics occurred in Athens in connection of the EU-summit in January 2003. Even hundreds of policemen participated the protests.

In spring 2003 the EU seemed to be a bit divided. Some political leaders agreed with the US plans for military attack on Iraq, others a bit less. However, the oil interests at the Gulf area are the same both for USA and the EU.

In the Iraq-meeting on February 17th 2003 the EU built up some kind of an unclear compromise including French and German resistance against war.

"The EU-democary" was in its best in England in February 2003. There were tanks on the streets. Citizens threaten government´s absurd war drive by demos and strikes. In March 2003 the English parliament accepted the unlegal war, which is opposed by overwhelming majorty of citizens. "Western democracy"?

In Spain the state of "democracy" is even more absurd. 91% of Spanish people resisted the war on Iraq. Yet the government continued its alliance politics with the US and UK war coalition.

After the US/UK attack on Iraq EU´s internal relations and relations between the EU and the US have become problematic.

The EU summit was held in Athens in April 2003 in order to handle expansion issues. However, in this connection the EU leaders were not able to find a common position on the hot issue of Iraq. There where clashes between police and anti-war demonstrators in Athens.

Within the EU ideas of a new European NATO-free military alliance were brought in daylight in spring 2003. Those thoughts reflect contradictions in the world capitalist system but they are hardly not very realistic. The world capitalism has already one military system in which most West-European countries have been tightly integrated.

Developing of inter-European military cooperation might become actual when the NATO in future would collapse. However, when speaking of military alliances or cooperation systems its is necessary to ask: "Why? Where is the enemy?

On the background of the possible new European military politics there is no doubt an idea of centralizing the power also on the military sector on behalf of the big countries in Middle Europe.

In June 2003 the massive strikes and anti-G8-demos with police violence gave an idea what the "EU-democracy" really is.

The contitutional discussion in the EU has no signifigance. Whatever the result will be, there will be no democracy in the EU.

In June 2003 the EU bowed before the U.S. when beginning a campaign for the illusory "human rights problem" of Cuba.

Speeches and statements in the EU Greek summit in June 2003 revealed once more the imperialist character of the EU. The EU is in fact continuously ready to support the U.S. in its aims for achieving world hegemony. Military readiness and expences will be added. The EU joins the U.S. threatenigs against the DPRK and other eastern states and regions. The EU stresses on more or less imaginary WMDs. Yet for instance the concrete Israeli mass destruction weapons do not belong to the interesting issues. Remarkable anti-EU and anti-capitalist demonstrations in Greece.

In the EU-USA -summit in June 2003 a joint strict stance against the "nuclear weapon program of Iran" was agreed. There is no evidence of existing of such a program exactly like it was the case on the Iraqi "mass destruction weapons". Hence the EU engaged with the future criminal US military aggressions on the sovereign Islamic Republic of Iran.

In July-August 2003 the freedom of speach flourished in the EU-Britain. The government tried to silence BBC about publishing Blair´s lies on the attack on Iraq.

The true contents of the talks for the "EU Constitution" in Italy in September 2003 was in fact strong drive towards an elitist, undemocratic European state union.

In September 2003 European Union foreign ministers said that the bloc will declare all wings of Hamas a terrorist organization. Not a word of Isareli´s terrorism.

Swedish people should honor murdered Foreign Minister Anna Lindh by voting in referendum on whether to adopt the euro, Sweden's European Union Commissioner Margot Wallstrom said on Spetember 11th, 2003. Here we go! The commissioner did not hesitate to use the murder as a political tool. In spite of many type of dirty election manipulation tricks Swedes vote against euro. The result is a serious setback for the EU and its prestige.

In September 2003 the EU statistical unit was caught for economic crimes. The EU tries to cover the crimes up but it is too late. The question is of a serious crisis concerning realiability of all the EU and its bodies.

In spite of the defeat in EU-Constitution talks in December 2003 a part of EU-leaders continue their efforts for building the Constitution and the EU State Union in future in contradiction with the will of EU-citizens and the EU-parliament.

In February 2004 the European Union condemned Israel's construction of a security barrier on the West Bank but restated its opposition to a UN challenge to the wall at the world court in The Hague

In March 2004 the hard stances against all oppositions in the EU-Spain and in all the EU tightened still more after the terror attack in Madrid. The very professionally made terror attack will quite obviously remain as an unsolved crime.

In April 2004 the EU began a hunting campaign against the Turkish DHKC. The DHKC has by no means any "terrorist" character. Instead, it is a peaceful revolutionary oranization and the EU officials know the truth in this matter very well.

Expansion of the EU and NATO to east causes according to many experts huge administrational problems for both organizations. At the same time EU´s internal contradictions increase because of regional imbalances. Additionally, the dangerous military confrontation between NATO and Russia with its allies grows.

In April 2004 the EU said it supports Israel´s plan to withdraw from Gaza. Palestinians have rejected this fraud. The EU does not want to see the Israeli expansion aims to Negev, which are the real background for that plan.

The hostile stance of the EU against Cuba was expressed in many statements in May 2004. The EU seems to be absolutely under U.S. control at least in this issue.

In June 2004 contents of the internal discussions of the EU elite gave an evident idea of the dictatory Constitution to be established by ignoring all EU-citizens´ opinions.

The sugarbeet quarrel in July 2004 expressed what we already knew: The EU is and it will be a command economy system which among other things destroys life of peasants in the smaller memeber states.

In the turn of August-September 2004 Germany was pressing through heavy cuttings of social security for an example for all the other EU members.

September 2004. Both the EU elite and Turkish government expressed their will to join Turkey to the EU. The reasons are mostly economical and military. Turkey protects the Caucasian oil pipeline and as a NATO member it is ready even for military activities for exploiting natural riches of east Europe. The EU, NATO and USA have common goals in this issue.

October 4th, 2004. Finland and Sweden agreed to set up a joint military unit to be part of the European Union's rapid deployment force. One question again. Where is the enemy?

November 2004. EU Defence Ministers were expected to commit up to 165,000 troops to make up a series of EU 'battle groups' which can be deployed to the World's hot spots. Obviously the EU will produce the "hot spots", very likely in eastern Europe.

December 2004. Among other European countries the "neutral" Finland prepared to join the new EU-military and to participate military operations without UN mandate. EU-countries will be ready to operate on only selfish EU interests.

December 2004. The relations between the EU and Russia froze exactly like the Marxist theory could anticipate already years ago.

December 2004. The EU did its utmost to progress Turkey´s EU-membership. The EU decisionmakers want Caspian oil and Turkey is a good tool for that purpose. This real goal has been covered by the concept "human rights". In fact, the EU leaders are not interested in real human rights in Turkey, not even in Europe.

February 2005. Unemployment in the leading EU-state reached a historical new record. More than five million jobless people in Germany.

Ruining of EU social security began in Germany in 2005 according to the Lisbon agreement in 2000. German name of this poverishment program is Hartz IV.

March 2005. Building of EU foreign ministry began in spite of strong resistance all over Europe.

May - June 2005. The French and Dutch people said NO to the EU-Constitution. This stage may cause some delay in further power concentration processes byt hardly stops them.

June 2005. Falling of the EU budget caused headache to the EU-elite. Now ee can wait for desperate deeds at any price.

Autumn 2005. Discussion about Turkey´s possible EU-membership broke further the weakening EU-unity.

Riots in France and in some other EU-countries in autumn 2005 are an appearance of an impossible equation of a capitalist community. At the same time social security is both necessity and impossibility. In the Lisbon summit in 2000 the EU made a decision to drive down social security. These are the most important real reasons for violence, not religions or cultural factors.

December 2005 - January 2006.The EU-financing talks ended to an artificial compromise. The internal EU contradictions did not disappear.

March 2006. Huge demonstrations and strikes in France revealed the structural failures and vulnerability of the EU.

April 2006. Workers´ and students´ mass demos and strikes began to spread all over the EU: Germany, Britain, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Sweden....

In summer and in autumn 2006 there were several different types of EU-meetings in Finland. It is especially worth mentioning the Kittilä-meeting in far northern Finland, where NATO-enthusasists met each other in all "secrecy".

In the turn of 2006/2007 splitting of the EU seemed to be still coser. Many new EU member states - especially Poland - expressed their disappointment after having noted that they had lost more than benefited in the membership. Agriculture is in problems, villages got empty etc.

In the early 2007 it was quite obvious that escaping of capital and jobs especially from the "edge" EU countries accalerated. Decisiomakers did not worry; instead, disseminating of lies of propaganda of growing artificial GNPs continued. It should not be to difficult to understand that with jobs also consuming power disappears...

In March 2007 relations between the EU and Russia worsened at the same time when relations between USA and Russia reached dangerous potential contradictions.

In March 2007 there were unrests and clashes in Greece and Denmark.

In April-May 2007 the EU was in a contradictory situation between USA/NATO and Russia. EU-countries are depeneding of Russian oil and gas and worsening relations between Russia and USA may cause damages for the EU energy import.

May 2007. France got a new President with his personal fascist features.

June 2007. The ultimate activities of German authorities when securing the G8 summit gave a real idea how the European "democracy" has turned to fascism and dictatorship.

Septemeber 2007. The EU decided to drive down production of sugar in order to keep sugar price high. A real prize to starving people in the world.

October 2007. The Russia-EU summit in Portugal ended without results. The EU and the U.S. even violent drive to Russian oil areas was stopped at once.

November 2007. Big strikes and threats of strikes in many EU-countries confirmed the upcoming deadlock of EU-dictaroship.

December 2007. By a flim-flam trick the dictatory EU Constitution was approved in Lisboa meeting by changing its name. It is now an "agreement".

2007 - 2008. Local democracy, basis of all democracy was more and more subjucated under EU governmental control.

February - March 2008. Many EU-countries recognized the unlegal independency of Kosovo.

March 2008. The so called Lisbon agreement replaced the EU Constitution, which was rejected by most countries. This was nothing but a judicial trick. By the Lisbon agreement the will of the national parliaments can be overthrown and the union state becomes gradually true.

June 2008. Irland rejected the "Lisbon agreement". No doubt the EU-leaders will soon solve the problem a by a new trickery. There is no reason to believe that the bureocrats accept any forms of democracy. However, it is also possible that all the EU-buiding is on the verge of tumbling down. They did it. New voting in 2009.

The world economic crisis in 2008/2009 caused real headache to EU-leaders. No light in the end of the tunnel.

In December 2008 the riots in Greece unveiled principal fascism of the EU. More that kind of phenomena can be expected in any EU-country.

In March 2009 the EU-countries blaimed one another for protectionism. And each of them applied protectionist economy politics, too.

In May 2009 neo-nazi activities aroused especially in the Baltic countries with friendly smiles of NATO and Brussels.

June 2009. The farce of EU-Parliament elections was carried out with all its hypocritical lies. Yet the real power in the EU remans at the headquarters of multinational companies, according to the manuscript.

July 2009. Iceland decided to apply for EU membership, however rather not because of political reasons but to get reliable currency by the EMU.

October 2009. Ireland was forced to vote "yes" for the Lisbon agreement. Even the U.S. supported the election with 300 000 dollars in order to achieve the goal of dictatory EU Union State.
