General features.
Everything existing in this world has a theory. The character of this theory is indeterminstic. Free will is important. This concerns also human communities. The crucial resolutions in the society must be based on the theoretical know-how. Without a scientifical theory we are heading to disaster.
The scientific ideologic basis of socialism is Marxist dialectical materialism. Dialectic materialism is a synthesis of dialectic idealism by Hegel and of mechanical materialism by Feuerbach. In their time these two traditions of science were progressive points of view. Nowadays science has been conquered by positivism. Positivism is a form of mechanical materialism, a form of regression anyway.
The dialectic materialism represents the top in the developement of scientific philosophy. There is a huge amount of literature of this topic. The Marxist way of thinking has no competitors when looking at the world from the largest point of view. By the concept onthology we mean investigating the deepest problems of existence. Dialectic materialism is the best tool we have in our hands for this kind of evaluations. The Korean Juche-philosophy has its origin on similar base, but the angle of view may be wider.
At the moment the belief to the Holy Powers of Markets represent shortcomings of human thinking in its both ends. The character of of putting matters in this way is mostly mechanistic. At the same time different churches have added their adherence. When the mechanistical models of resolutions do not work, there are attempts to find out a suitable God for the case in question. This is not the way to solve any problems. We need scientific analysis and synthesis at the level of community.
A human being cannot exist without society. On the other hand, a society cannot exist without individuals. This is one form of simple and practical dialectics. The positivist science of today does not see even the most apparent things. Life is not formed only on the basis of narrow-minded simple law of reason and consequence.
Dialectic materialism grants a human being both individual and social responsibility. In practice this common responsibily is especially emphaized in the Korean Juche-socialism, which turns a bit to Hegel in the Marxist Feuerbach-Hegel synthesis. In Democratic Peoples´s Republic of Korea the Juche idea has in practice shown its power in the anti-imperialist fight and in strenghtening economy and national unity.
The concepts of class and class struggle have modern and up-to-date contents. The contradiction between work and labour is now more obvious than ever. The dead and faceless capital on the other side, living people on the other side. The bourgeois mass media has only succeeded to hide this quite clear situation for a while.
There are attempts to solve the worsening social and ecologic problems by speaking like a parrot of economic growth. Yet the basic factors for the economic growth have their limits and these limits have already been passed in the most important sectors of production. The nature tolerates no further economic growth. Fantasy of eternal economic growth and unlimited markets is a dangerous utopia.
They say that privatizations mean efficiency. Privatizations have caused permanent mass unemployment end extraordinary unefficiency in the most important sectors of public services.
Both in the public and in the private sectors expences are reduced. These reductions affect directly to the amount of money at the markets. Privatizations in the public sector mean also decrease of money to be used at the markets. In this contradictory situation capitalism kicks to its own ankle.
Capitalism has reached its highest level. In spite of the temporarily upgoings depressions will follow each other being all the time deeper. Some units of capitalism may make good profits but in its entirety business profits are chronically descending. The problems of capitalism move in real time from continet to continet.
The economists speak of average income and of average level of consumption. This kind of point of view does not make sense. The amount of poverty in the world increases all the time. Income differences grow both regionally and between social classes. A better tool for this purpose is mode. With mode it is possible to find out the amount most appearing levels of income or consumption. Thus we could see the situation of the majority of people in a society.
The UN celebrated in 1998 50 years anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights. According to UN own statistics at the same time there were 800 millions of people starving in the world. In the year 2004 the number was 1400 millions. According to "official" statistics there are 180 000 000 unemployed in the world in 2004. According to the UN expectations in 2002 some 70 millions people in the underdeveloped countries will be killed by AIDS-infections in the next twenty years. The meeting for sustainable world developement was held in New York in April, 2005. The focus was on the 30 000 people who die daily because of lack of drinkable water. The rich capitalist countries did not pay any attention on this matter. In 2008 the starvation was on a still higher level - now even in developed and industralized countries.
The real amount of people living in desperate poverty is much higher, about four billions, which means 2/3 of the mankind. The capitalist economic "growth" directly causes poverty and misery. Speaking of human rights in these circumstances is nothing but stupid small-talk.
More than 100 millions people in the world's poorest countries will be dragged below the basic subsistence level of a dollar a day by 2015 as they become ensnared in globalisation's poverty trap, the UN warned in June 2002. No improvement even in 2008...
Business profits will be transferred in circumstances of free moving of capital to speculators around the world. No essential added value will be formed, especially not at the underdeveloped areas of the world where creating of industry and all kind of services were necessary. Just on the contrary. Capitalist worldwide financing system works in a way of hard business. Every dollar must be paid back with interests. This is impossible for the underdeveloped countries. As a result there is a spin where poverty increases.
The debt of underdeveloped countries in 2001 was counted to be more than 40 000 billion dollars. The underdeveloped nations are slaves of imperialism. In 2008 the debt still grew.
The traditional western science has produced excellent technical solutions. There is every-day technics availbale for almost everyone. Yet the positivism-based science does not understand anything about human community and about visions of the future of the world. On the other hand, the advanced technology of information and communication forms a crucial help for fulfilling the future socialist revolution.
From the Marxist point of view we can understand economy and politics of human society. We can see what happened and why. In Marxism we have also the keys of future in our hands. The principal model of solution for the most important problems is regional-based people´s "soviet"-socialist democracy and system of planned economy. Yet also parliamentary-type systems in society-controlled economy must be accepted as one stage. There are powers of markets also in socialism, but these powers are under control by means of bilateral or multilateral systems of trade.
A chronical bourgeois mistake is to think that only multi-party-system can carry out democracy. It is not true. The point is in electoral methods. In socialism candidates have already been elected in working places or at housing areas. These candidates are close to people, not professional politicians in their ivory towers. This is the crucial stage of elections. The final election is usually only a legitimitation process of the already elected candidates. In this type of an electoral process only one pro-society party is necessary. Interest groups pretending to be parties are not needed.
In the western capitalisms there are usually two or more parties without ideological alternatives. Hence... actually it is a question of one-party system, yet without democratic basis.
The way to socialism goes theoretically through highly developed capitalism. Exceptions are possible. New socialisms born also in underdeveloped countries.
The concept "revolution" has scientific contents. Of course, it has nothing to do with the concept "coup d'etage". Revolution means a jump to higher level both at the organizational level of community and at the level of human thinking. Capitalism does not develope after having reached its highest level. Socialism is to replace the collapsed capitalism.
Worldwide capitalism has reached the stage of imperialism, the highest level of capitalism. We use to speak of globalization. At its imperialist phase capitalism is going to be more and more violent. There will be civil wars and difficult internal problems all around the world, especially also in the industrialized countries.
The way to socialism is not easy and socialism is no paradise. Socialism does not mean luxury standard of living. The world cannot afford it. Yet socialism offers possibilities for life to continue.
The character of socialism is global and international. Yet communities representing different levels of developement and of different cultures must have their own way to socialism.
The question is about world revolution. Isolated socialist communities have difficulties to live for long.
There are a lot of misunderstandings about socialism. For instance, the question of private entreprises is not a problem of theory, but just a task of practice. In the relations between labour and capital the minor private enterprises represent labour. Usually little privat enterprises are oppressed by capital just like labour.
The persistence of capitalism is unfortunately true. Yet its internal increasing contradictions and peoples' growing knowledge are also facts. The collapse of capitalism is only a question of time.
The discussion for practical structures of the future socialism is necessary in the parties and at the citizens´ levels.
Socialism is no religion. The basis of socialism is to use the knowledge we have in a reasonable way for society, for nature and for every human being.
Socialism is a practical organizational model of human community. Communism is a theoretical target. Communism is also a highly developed state of individual consciousness.
Communist party is not an interest group like parliamentary parties. In dialectic materialism contradictions in science and in practice will be solved on higher level. Communist party represents higher level in a community. Communist party does not prefer to participate directly in parliamentary politics. Yet co-operation with parliamentary parties and groups is possible.
Communist have crucial responsibility when changing the world. 150th anniversary of Communist Manifesto was spent in 1998. Communists saw developement of capitalism and main guidelines of history already 150 years ago.
The world with all its interactive systems is complicated and it deserves careful examination. "If everything were like it seems to be, we would not need science at all" (Karl Marx). Mechanistic science is not useful in large issues. "Before we had science and philosophy of science. Now we have only science" (Wolfgang Pauli).
Certain animal species express some kind of collective consciousness. We can assume that this phenomena is wide in nature and it belong also to human being.
Psychic diseases, using of drugs and other symptoms of individual illfare may be partially understood to be caused by subconscious information of the misery of other people wherever in the world they live.
In any case we can see it sure that social and individual problems cannot be solved by focusing only the indivdual. In spite of that obvious fact the contemporary science has drive to develope human being without social context, even by biological methods.
The idea of breeding human species by genetic manipulation is not new. The alchemist pioneers on this track were Hitler and Mengele. Today´s genetic technology has advanced dangerously. There is already now potential possibility to shift from plant and animal breeding to efforts to improve human being.
However, intellectually the idea of improvement of man is exactly on the same level as Hitler´s thoughts were. An effort to produce outstanding individuals by biological means but without social aspect or social science is dangerous and worthless. Yet that kind of stupidity fits with the contemporary elitist culture.
Real improvement of human being comes true through developement and widening of human consciousness in human society and in nature. Proceeding further to wider understanding even on individual level is not in large scale possible before abandoning the infantile individual-centric bourgeois culture and science. The parallel verse in the Russian version of "International": " Human race improves through internationalism". Quite right. Internationalism is an absolute opposite for capitalist globalization. In the socialist world society people recognize and govern the world. In the globalization only capital governs. It offers people instead of widening of consciousness usually just bread and circuses, if even those.
The intercative mechanisms of human society and all the nature are complicated and worth further studying. The traditional beliefs on interactive systems in the world may lead us to wrong steps.
We do not need religions. Yet the religious ways of thinking at the individual level cannot be denied. According to historical studies about religions the first sentence in the Sermon on the Mount: "Man without religion is happy." For instance J. Christ and Laotse have obviously been philosophical rebels. They understood that religions can be used as instruments of political oppression.
It is scientifically not possible to accept religions as basis of practical work. However, still unknown forms of materia, energy and possibility of new dimensions cannot be denied.
Of course, everyone has right for one´s own religious conviction. Religions are mostly based on love for one´s neighbour and on altruism. This fits with original Christianity, Islamism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Konfucheism, Jewism etc. On the contrary, the western capitalist-bourgeois societies are based on individual egoism. Politicians have succeeded to turn the original meaning of Christianity upside down to serve their own economical and politican aims.
However, history has been made by man and it will be made by man. Manuscript of social processes has been written by man. Hence man is the master of society even in case there were some unkown cosmic interactive relations.
The Marxist point of view is wide. The traditional bourgeois mechanic or religious ways of thinking do not admit the cognitive wideness of human soul and not even the corresponding possibilities of human activities.
The revolution is possible and necessary. The revolution needs guidance of scientific communist parties and large fronts of people. The large front will be formed when the traditional parties and their voters understand what is the real character of the problems in this world.
In the nineties capitalists and their labour lackeys have celebrated the victory of capitalism. However, this temporary victory is limited only in Europe. In Asia the red zone growths and strenghtens. The existing socialist countries go on strong. Support of socialism is in wordlwide growth.
In capitalism there is an illusion of richness based on high mass consumption. However, the real richness is formed of high level of sciences and knowledge as well of justice in society. On this basis life on the earth can continue.
The internal contradictions of capitalism cause violence and other type of dysfunctions at all levels. For capitalism even a war is just a commercial business. In fact, the world capitalism is in a high extend based on different type of catastrophs. Catastrophs mean increasing of consumption. High level of consumption causes average growth in the GNP in capitalist economic statistics. And then the bourgeois media declares the holy growth... So different type of disasters are even necessary for capitalism. Absurd.
Producing weapons is an excellent form of business. For good profits it is necessary to keep wars going on. That is why imperialism does its best to find real or imagined enemies. The war on Afghanistan based on frauds and pretexts is one more proof for capitalism´s real character. There is no business like war business.
Accidents and catastrophs create profits for private companies. For the entity of socitety they mean negative surplus value.
The opposing of socialism is often based on a cliché of a human being´s basic greedness. Thus the priorising of a society could not be possible. Yet in reality man is social like animal species generally are. The extreme greedness is a consequence of capitalism. It is a learned quality. The egocentric people dedicated to their options and profits just imagine all others to be like themselves.
The battles against capitalism and imperialism all around the world now and in the past are good examples of man´s unselfish and self-sacrificing character.
Socialism has been blaimed on principal level for corruption. Yet corruption is always criminalized in socialism. In capitalism bribes are normal practice. The corresponding expences may even be taken off from taxes. Political power shifts all the time from puclic sector to capitalist headquarters. Hence...?
In capitalism everything is subjugated under monetary interests. Sport teams are sold and bought on market prices. Churches are led by economists, not by priests. Mutual co-operational commercial and productional enterprices are changed to stock corporations and their shares are sold in stock markets; hence the co-operational idea and former owners´ investmenets and results of their work are thrown to be used as means of speculations. And so on...
One of the stumbling blocks of a capitalist state is social policy. It has been planned not to protect people but to protect the state. People use to remain passive when getting some alms. Up to certain extend it works. Yet according to realiable monetary studies on social policy the amount of money allocated for this purpose reach at some stage a limit wich cannot be overcome in spite of the fact that there are real needs. The amount of "profitable" people decreases at the same time when the amount of "unprofitable" masses of people increases. The equation is an impossibility. Then the system quite logically breaks and the latent resistance transforms to active forms and possibly it happens in a violent way. This is one special reason for strong developing of army, police and other armed forces in capitalist states.

The science of today serves wordlwide mostly interests of a small elite. The contemporary positivist-based science is isolated from world´s social reality. This fact has been expressed by Vista University Soweto Campus professor Louis S. Jeevanatham in a chemist conference in England in summer 2000:
"Universities are universally associated and entrusted with the responsibility of producing the intellectual elite of given societies, and this translates into the production of the global social elite who are possessive of the political and economic power to determine the course od global events.
Invariably, such a process, in terms of the developement and acquisition of skills and knowledge, is abstract from the prevailing material conditions and is hence decondextualized. Skills and konwledge are conceptualiszed, transmitted and assimilated in isolation from social reality and the necessary attitudes and values that should accompany their acquisition.
The consequence of this situation is that we live in a world that is becoming increasingly polarised in terms of social antonymies and various descriptions. The predicament can be confronted by using universities as both centers of consciousness and conscience construction, so that the intellectual leaders of the world act in ways cognisant of the circumstances that continue to lead to the continued denigration of our own as a species.
In fact, the world is not led on scientific basis. The contemporary world is led by greed shortsightness. On this kind of a mediocre basis the world is heading to destruction by accelerating speed like Titanic in its time.
Freemansons have often been accused for collecting money and power and leading the world behind the scene. Yet that address may not be the right one for these accusations. Instead of Freemansons there is a secret society called Bilderberg-group. The society discusses in private of plans to lead national politics and worlwide politics in order to benefit the worldwide money and capital power.
Even still more dangerous oranizations for world destruction may be U.S.-based political Zionist groups.
There have been doubts that the AIDS and SARS -viruses have been deliberately produced by staffs of capitalism in order to reduce amount of world´s people and to destroy potential enemies.
All the political and economic power in the world has been concentrated in very few hands, to capitalists and to their national and multinational organs. The power pyramide stands upside down, on its top. It is world´s citizens´ duty to use heavy means to turn the pyramide on its bottom. Then the real social scientific theory is applied in practice.
The "theorists" of capitalism have engineered a new idea for solving the impoverishment problem of the world. The global lotto. This type of an mega-class fraud would give still more enormous amounts of money to the centralized world capitalism. Of course, it is possible to give some pennies to people living in misery. We live in a big capitalist theatre.
