THE ORGANIZATIONAL CRISIS OF DEMOCRACY. THE WESTERN WORLD REGRESSES POLITICALLY BACK TO MIDDLE AGES.
THE QUICK INCREASE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL MOVEMENTS GIVES AN IDEA OF THE SHORTCOMINGS OF DEMOCRACY. YET WITHOUT THEORY AND IDEOLOGY REAL PROGRESS IS NOT POSSIBLE.

In the world of corporations elections are meaningless.
We use to call the traditional representative systems democracies. This view does not correspond the reality of today.
The real political power has been transferred to the headquartes of capitalism. Ordinary people, workers and private entrepenours have been silenced. Instead of people´s democracy the world is governed by multinational corporations. Their ownership is concentrating in few hands.
The meaning of elections is disappearing. Democracy should include also something elsen than a right to vote in elections without political relevancy.
The big money has almost absolute media monopoly. By means of media elections and all the politics have become nothing more than an absurd show. The mankind is regressing politically back to middle ages. The basis of polical power of feudal aristocrats was based on feudal land property - now the political power is correspondingly built on monetary values and possessions.
The parliamentary-type organizations are not any more even ridiculous forms of what we have called democracy. Under the cover of parliamentarism there is only neoliberalistic politics, which is no politics at all. Political parties in the left have been eliminated. Parliamentary right cannot exist without parliamentary left.
Instead of the organs elected by people all the real political power is in the hands of officials who get their orders from the quarters of capital both at national levels and at international level.
In elections the candidates are nominated in party offices far from the basic level. Only candidates accepting the existing system can be nominated and elected. No real opposition is possible. When loosing oppositions the parliamentary-type systems have loosed also remnants of democracy. So called "free elections" are arranged by manipulated nominations of candidates and by massive monopoly media propaganda for the appropriate candidates. This happens even over state borders.
Real democracy is possible to be carried out only by means of regional representation based on grassroot level. The elections are democratic first when people nominate the candidates. This is the way the elections work in the council system. In political operation the upper level of representation system has political responsibility to the organs of basic level.
Even in the bourgeois quarters people may admit decreasing of power of democratically elected bodies.
As a substitustion we may hear that choicing products and services and producers people can affect as consumers. The idea is infantile. Even the most stupid person does not live only in the world of goods and services. And, of course, centralization of commerce and production destroys that kind of a speculation. In monopoly capitalism competiton decreases all the time and finally it ends totally. Consumers´ choices do not count anything in politics and not much even in commercial sense, because in the first place the character of capitalist production system is speculative, not productive.
Now the triangle of political power stands upside down. It is our work to turn it on its apex. In tribe communities the most capable people were elected leaders. Through the soviet system this is possible also in the contemporary world.
All power to the councils! In addition to workers´ and local councils worldwide trade unions are necessary.
Formations of human communites follow each other in a certain indeterministic way.
The principal schema below is describing and principal. In practice matters are more complicated. Many exceptions are possible.
Democracy will grow to wider basis when the consciousness of a human being enlarges.
Democracy must enlarge also because the democratic control of the technically developed world is necessary. Possibilities of dermocratic progress depend crucially on the organizational model.
Principal guidelines of developement of formations of human communities as geometrical figures.
1. Tribe community.
Tribes elect their leaders people with most competence for leadership. The basis of the system is democratic. The main form of ownership is collective. The system may be called pre-communist. The world of tribe communities may be described as an archipelago of separate pyramides standing on their bottom.
2. State.
Tribe communities form sates, in which one leader has got all the political power. The king governs his land all alone. The king owns the land and gives parties of it to his trusted landlords.The political power is herited. There is no form of democracy. The geometrical form af such a community is a pyramide standing on its top.
3. Feudal democracy.
The kings have been forced to give part of their political power to feudal landlords and aristocrats. Political decisions are made in a process between the king and the feodal parliament. The power is still herited. The pyramides stands still on their tops. However, the the tops are a not absolutely sharp any more.
4. Bourgeois democracy.
The kings do not have real political power. Right to make political decisions has been transferred to parliaments elected by public elections. In the beginning the system is progressive. Power pyramides of the national states seem to stand on their bottoms.
The state ownership of land is transformed to private or public monetary values and evaluations.
However, the democratic stage does not stand for long. The industrialization goes on fastly and cumulating capital in monatery societies pass the signifigance of politically elected organs. Political power pyramids are splitted or they loose their forms.
5. Imperialism.
Multinational industrial corporations and worldwide financing systems govern all the world. Parliaments and other democratically elected organs have lost their power. The worldwide power pyramide stands on its top. At the same time the dictatory political and economical power of world capitalism begins to ruin because of its internal contradictions, speculations and bureocracy.
6. Socialism.
The capitalist system based on private ownership and privacy has to be denied. Explosive growth of differences in income between social classes and regionally causes violent contradictions. The imperialistic effort for eternal economic growth is ruined by its own mathematical impossibility.
Private ownership of land must be cancelled. Land, air and water are undivided entities.
In a socialist community the political power is used by the majority of people. This kind of exerciting political power is not possible without a council system based on grassroot level like it was in pre-communist communities. The formation of councils have also the essential economical power. The geometrical form is one big pyramide including a big amount of small pyramides.

7. Communism.
Communism is a theoretical goal. Principally organisation is not obligatory a all. The consciousness and morality of people is on such a high level that complicated political decision making processes are not necessary.

Commanding and administration models of armies reflect correspondingly different levels of social developement. Hired army, conscript soldier army and people´s army are different things. The most primitive form is hired army which has its origin in feudal communities. The "developed" capitalist countries have re-established hired armies. From the point of view of demoracy people´s army represents the highest level.
