There is a Russian-originated nuclear plant under contruction in Iran for country´s energy needs.
The accusation for nuclear weapons is as absurd as all the other U.S. pretexts for beginning of wars against Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq.
For a fission bomb no power plant is needed. The U.S. bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were fission bombs. Anyone who has uranium can easlily produce such a weapon.
Plutonium is waste of all nuclear power plants. Plutonium is necessary only for H-bombs. Producing of a H-weapon is an extremely complicated and expensivce process. Iran hardly has resources for that kind of a plan. For sure they do not have even will for such an operation. For what purpose would Iran need a H-bomb?
